Consent to the Processing of Personal Data

This consent is a legally binding agreement and expresses the voluntary expression of an individual's will by checking a box to allow the processing of their personal data in accordance with the stated purpose of processing, provided that such system does not create the ability to process personal data until the checkbox is checked. This is equivalent to a written form or a form that allows one to conclude that consent has been granted and constitutes proper confirmation of the legality of the acquisition and possession of such personal data by the owner of the personal database. This Consent is given for the processing of personal data, both without the use of automated tools and with their use.

I, acting as the subject of personal data (as well as the User of the Site and the Site services), give to the Sole Proprietor Victor Gennadievich Evchatov (the person managing the Internet site https://evchatov-partners.ru/; hereinafter referred to as the "owner of the personal data base"; (TIN 543311638231, OGRNIP 321774600534499), registered at the address: 121096, Moscow, Oleko Dundicha St., Building 7, Apt. 328) my voluntary expression of will (consent) to receive and process my personal data, which implies any action or set of such actions (without the obligation to notify me of such actions each time, unless otherwise provided by law), such as: collection, registration, accumulation, storage, clarification, updating, adaptation, modification, renewal and use (excluding the cross-border transfer of personal data), Anonymization, deletion, blocking, and destruction of personal data, as well as processing through mixed (automated and non-automated) processing of personal data, including through the use of information (automated) systems, with the right to transfer my personal data to third parties, subject to measures ensuring the protection of personal data from unauthorized access, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes of this Consent.
The specified person has the right to carry out automated processing of my personal data specified in the text of this Consent, or to process it without the use of automation, including transmission via communication channels.

I understand and agree that personal data that may be collected and processed by the owner of the personal database (Website Administration) may include, among other things: last name, first name, patronymic (if any); contact details (mobile radiotelephone subscriber device number, fixed telephone subscriber device number, e-mail address, etc.); city; gender; official position; information on registration with the tax authority (taxpayer identification number (if any)); insurance area of interest; IP address of Users' devices (a unique network address of a node in a computer network built using the IP protocol); cookie information (a small piece of data sent by a web server and stored on the User's computer, which a web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request each time an attempt is made to open a page of the corresponding website); User-Agent, including the browser and its version, through which the User accesses the Site and/or any service of the Site (or another program that provides access to advertising display); time of access to the Site and/or any service of the Site; address of the Internet page on which the advertising unit is located; referrer (address of the previous page); geolocation services data; an anonymized user identifier in an automated system, by which identification of an individual without additional information is impossible; characteristics of user interaction with the web resource, including use of keyboard, mouse, navigation on the web resource (including search query history, as well as characteristics of interaction with the content of the web resource in the context of various measurement metrics, for example, but not limited to: visit time, number of bounces, browsing depth, interaction with the start button, viewing time, bounce, viewing, etc.); javascript code loaded onto the pages of the web resource; structure and attributes of web forms placed on the pages of the web resource; attributes of the following HTML elements: iframe, object, embed, applet; URL requests made from web pages to third-party domains; contents of the DOM model of the web page or its individual elements; operating system and its version; bit depth of the operating system; name and model of the client's device; Accept-Encoding (an HTTP protocol header that specifies the list of supported methods for encoding the content of an entity during transmission); Accept-Language (an HTTP protocol header that specifies the list of supported natural languages); screen resolution; color depth; ActiveX availability; time zone; any other information entered/provided by the User of the Site (or from their device) on their own initiative, and which may be classified as personal data.
Any processing of personal data is carried out in strict accordance with the requirements of current legislation on personal data.
The Operator does not verify the veracity of the personal data provided by the User. The Operator receives personal data directly provided by the User. By providing this consent, I confirm that I accept responsibility for the accuracy and veracity of my personal data provided during registration and/or use of the Site's services, and for its timely updating. I also confirm that I am aware of my rights as a data subject under current personal data legislation, and I undertake to fully comply with and fulfill them as they relate to me.

I undertake not to include in the personal data I provide any data that poses a particular risk to my rights and freedoms (so-called "sensitive personal data"): data on racial or ethnic origin, political, religious or ideological beliefs, membership in political parties and trade unions, data concerning health, sex life, biometric or genetic data. To implement this sole purpose of processing personal data, the Website Administration has the right to perform the following necessary and integral actions, namely:
a) registration and identification of the User within the Website and its services;
b) enabling Website Users to use the Website and its services;
c) the use of cookie technology to analyze and research the User's preferences for the purpose of improving the Site and/or any Site service, for conducting measurements, collecting statistics, analytics and using other business services, including for the purpose of providing such anonymized data to third parties (for example, but not limited to: targeted metrics on the types, kinds and number of views, advertising materials, and the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, the User's actions outside the Site, as a result of a transition to the advertiser's site after interacting with advertising on the Site and/or any Site service; other summarized statistics in the form of analytical reports and measurement reports);
d) sending/posting news, advertising, surveys, statistical, marketing, and other information about the Website and/or any service of the Website, including for the personalization of the functions of the Website and/or any service of the Website, content, content preferences, advertising, promotional offers and other sponsored content, offering recommendations (e.g., subscriptions, channels, groups, events that may be of interest to the User, etc.); for the development, testing, and improvement of the products of the Website Administration and/or any service of the Website, including by conducting surveys and research, as well as testing new products and functions and troubleshooting them;

h) providing the subject of personal data with information about the services provided by the Website Administration, and the development of new products and services.
Consent to the processing of personal data may be revoked by the User by sending a written statement, signed by the User and delivered, or sent by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt to V.G. Evchatov, Individual Entrepreneur, at the address specified at the beginning of this Consent. Consent to the processing of personal data may also be revoked by the User by any legal means, including in information systems using automated tools.

If the User revokes their Consent to the processing of their personal data, V.G. Evchatov, Individual Entrepreneur, for the reasons specified in paragraphs 2-11 of Part 1 of Article 6, Part 2 of Article 10, and Part 2 of Article 11 of Federal Law No.
152-FZ "On Personal Data" has the right to continue processing the User's personal data. If the above grounds are not met, V.G. Evchatov, Individual Entrepreneur, will cease processing the User's personal data and destroy the personal data within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the date of receipt of the said revocation.
